We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
who can communicate fluently in English to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidates will assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients in the UK, ensuring professional communication, accurate information, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in
    English
    with clients and customers.
  • Record customer details, concerns, and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Assist customers by providing relevant information, troubleshooting support, or directing queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Follow standard scripts, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
  • Support team goals and maintain service level standards.
  • Participate in regular training and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
    (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service role is required.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in Sylheti will be considered an added advantage.

Education:

  • Minimum HSC/O Levels/ A levels or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
  • Education Qualification: Can be waived for strong English speakers.
