Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for an Executive/Sr. Executive in Customer Service and Documentation. The role involves managing for Ocean and Air Export, Import customer inquiries, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing and verifying documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. The Executive will also handle customer complaints, provide updates on shipment status, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position may lead the CRM and Docs team.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Documentation Skills: Attention to detail, proficiency in preparing shipping documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, multitasking, and time management
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with logistics software, and data entry skills
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Bangla, both verbal and written
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or freight industry (those are no having experience minimum 2 years, no encouraged to apply, this role need minimum 2 years of experience)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus
