Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Student Customer Service Executive. The primary responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and managing overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with the YouthBees community, collecting feedback for service improvements, and collaborating with the team to enhance user experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build connections and rapport with a diverse customer base
  • Expertise in delivering customer support and promptly addressing user inquiries
  • Proficiency in customer service practices with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Experience in customer service management and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in working with online learning platforms or education-related services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred
