We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our London-based printing company. This is a remote/hybrid role based in Dhaka, offering an exciting opportunity to manage the full customer journey from enquiry to order fulfillment while working closely with our production team.

Key Responsibilities


• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and promptly addressed (via email and WhatsApp).


• Handle enquiries, quotations, and order updates clearly and efficiently.


• Coordinate with the production team to guarantee smooth order processing and on-time delivery.


• Take ownership of customer issues by providing proactive solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements


• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently with a proactive, ownership mindset.


• Prior experience or eagerness to learn basic design skills such as creating mockups, vectorization, and using printing tools/services.


• Previous experience in customer service or a related role (experience in the printing industry will be considered an advantage).

Salary


• Salary: BDT 18,000 – 25,000/month (depending on experience and skill).


• Probation: BDT 10,000/month for the first 2–3 months.


• Quarterly salary reviews with potential increments up to BDT 30,000 or more within the first year.


• 12 days of annual leave.

Work Schedule (Remote/Hybrid)


• 5.5 working days per week.


• Weekly day off on Saturday.


• Working hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Bangladesh time).


• Breaks included for Asr, Maghreb, and Isha Salah, plus dinner.
