Bigo-IMO-Bangladesh-Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for SVIP operations in the Bangladesh market, establishing effective communication mechanisms, resolving user issues, and improving satisfaction and user retention.
  2. Engage in deep communication with users to uncover real needs and promote product optimization and localized operation strategies.
  3. Plan and execute operation campaigns aligned with Bangladeshi culture to drive user growth and paid conversion.
  4. Assist the content and product teams in collecting, implementing, and executing localization requirements.
  5. Monitor market trends and continuously optimize user operations.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
  2. Passionate about user interaction, empathetic, and capable of proactively identifying and solving problems.
  3. Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, able to independently drive projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  4. Familiar with or highly interested in voice chat platforms, with the ability to understand user behavior.
  5. Experience in social products, voice platforms, live streaming, or content platforms is a plus (but not mandatory).
