Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. You'll be the voice of Rizik Food, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our promise of safety, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, social media, email, and messaging apps.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on customer issues, feedback, and insights.
- Assist in building FAQs, support scripts, and communication guidelines.
- Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience journey.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English (written & spoken).
- Strong problem-solving ability and positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media communication tools.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
