- We are looking for energetic team members to join us to help support customers of our software applications.
- This position requires professional communication skills both in written and verbal forms.
- Working Hours: 9 Hours, 5 days a week.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers through various channels like email, sms, phone, messenger, WhatsApp etc.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer customer questions effectively and convincingly.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers in all situations.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various media like Facebook page & group, WhatsApp group, Play Store and any other social platforms as needed.
- Keeping track of all customer interactions, complaints, and comments.
- Analyzing customer feedbacks and reviews from different platforms.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Report any issues found with our products and services while using.

Educational Requirements
- General Educational Degree from any renowned university
- Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support through Phone
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relation, Customer Service, Customer Support
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience working with customer support.
- Ability to handle customers in stressed or upset situations.
- Good knowledge on computers, internet browsing.
- Good knowledge on social media, google docs, google drive, and mobile apps.
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing culture of a tech startup.
