Job Context

  • We are looking for energetic team members to join us to help support customers of our software applications.
  • This position requires professional communication skills both in written and verbal forms.
  • Working Hours: 9 Hours, 5 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers through various channels like email, sms, phone, messenger, WhatsApp etc.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer customer questions effectively and convincingly.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers in all situations.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various media like Facebook page & group, WhatsApp group, Play Store and any other social platforms as needed.
  • Keeping track of all customer interactions, complaints, and comments.
  • Analyzing customer feedbacks and reviews from different platforms.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Report any issues found with our products and services while using.

Educational Requirements

  • General Educational Degree from any renowned university
  • Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support through Phone

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Relation, Customer Service, Customer Support
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience working with customer support.
  • Ability to handle customers in stressed or upset situations.
  • Good knowledge on computers, internet browsing.
  • Good knowledge on social media, google docs, google drive, and mobile apps.
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing culture of a tech startup.
