Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused 
Customer Service Trainee
 who can communicate fluently in
Sylheti and English
to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidates will assist in providing exceptional customer service to clients in the UK, ensuring professional communication, accurate information, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in
    Sylheti and English
    with clients and customers.
  • Record customer details, concerns, and feedback accurately in the system.
  • Assist customers by providing relevant information, troubleshooting support, or directing queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Follow standard scripts, guidelines, and compliance procedures.
  • Support team goals and maintain service level standards.
  • Participate in regular training and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in
    Sylheti (spoken)
    and
    English (spoken and written)
    .
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools).
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior customer service or call centre experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Education:

  • Minimum HSC/ O Levels/ A levels or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
  • Education Qualification: Can be waived for strong English speakers.
