Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates worldwide.
  • Onboarding Assistance:
    Support onboarding processes by preparing orientation materials and guiding new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
  • Employee Records Management:
    Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure compliance with company HR policies and data standards.
  • Daily HR Operations:
    Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, employee communications, and HR file management.
