Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Intern located in Dhaka. The Human Resources Intern will assist in daily HR operations, including maintaining HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management processes. The role focuses on learning and contributing to HR strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining efficient communication within teams.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Familiarity with HR Management and the application of HR Policies
  • Basic understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Interest in exploring a career in Human Resources
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
