Job Title: HR Intern

Employment Type: Internship (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, CV screening, and scheduling interviews

  • Support onboarding processes and help maintain employee documentation

  • Update attendance records, staff information, and basic HR databases

  • Assist in organizing internal events, training sessions, and team activities

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR best practices

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (ongoing or completed) in HRM, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word)

  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule

Sun–Thu | 10–11 AM start

Fri & Sat off | On-site (Banani)
