Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for an Assistant Manager/Manager in Human Resources and Administration. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding and employee performance, overseeing compliance with labor laws, and developing HR policies. Additional duties include planning and improving administrative systems and processes, managing employee relations, and handling day-to-day HR operations to support company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Human Resource Management, talent acquisition, and employee performance evaluation
  • Proficiency in labor law compliance, policy development, and employee relations practices
  • Experience in managing administrative operations, process optimization, and organizational support
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with employees and leadership
  • Problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills in HR and administrative contexts
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using HR management tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in the RMG or manufacturing industry is an advantage
