Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Dhaka. The Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves supporting organizational development by creating programs for employee training, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding
- Knowledge of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
- Experience in Performance Management and Learning & Development
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR software or management systems is a plus
