Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and advising on human resource strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing support to the management team and ensuring an inclusive, fair, and motivating work environment. Flexibility and an ability to work independently are key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources and HR Management
- Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Relations
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in retail or convenience store settings is a plus
