Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resource Executive
to support and execute core HR functions. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, compliance,
HRIS-based workforce management
, and day-to-day staff support to ensure smooth hospital operations and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including
attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation using HRIS - Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction
processes for clinical and non-clinical staff - Maintain and regularly update
personnel files
in compliance with internal policies, labour law, and regulatory standards - Handle
employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary documentation
professionally - Ensure compliance with
Bangladesh Labour Act
, hospital HR policies, and accreditation requirements (
JCI
if applicable) - Coordinate
shift rosters, duty schedules, and attendance monitoring
through HRIS and manual controls - Assist in
payroll inputs
, overtime data validation, leave adjustments, and final settlement documentation - Support
performance management systems
, confirmations, promotions, and contract renewals - Generate
HR reports, dashboards, and MIS
from HRIS for management review - Ensure
data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
within HRIS and manual records - Promote a positive, ethical, and compliant workplace culture across the organization
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field - 1–3 years
of experience in HR operations (hospital or healthcare experience preferred) - Working knowledge of
HRIS, attendance management systems, and basic payroll processes - Strong understanding of HR policies, labour law, and HR documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
, and reporting tools - Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- High level of
confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
