We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Growth Department. The intern will assist in various HR and administrative tasks, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to key people-related initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with documentation, record-keeping, and file management.

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.

  • Help maintain and update employee databases and records.

  • Assist in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes.

  • Support the HR team in organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.

  • Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration (preferably in HRM, or a related field).

  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.

Work Details:

  • Weekends off on Friday and Saturday.
