Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka for an Assistant Manager of Human Resources Operations and Payroll. Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR), including HR Operations and HR Management
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Proven ability to manage Employee Relations effectively
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant fields
  • Experience with HR software and payroll systems is an advantage
