HR & Admin Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and performance evaluation systems.
- Maintain disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and employee relations.
- Plan and execute training & development initiatives for employees.
- Oversee administrative functions such as logistics, security, compliance, and office management.
- Prepare reports for senior management and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, fire safety, compliance audits, and other regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with top management to align HR strategy with company objectives.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRIS systems, and compliance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in garments, manufacturing, or large-scale factory operations preferred.
