Position Overview-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager, HR & Admin
to lead and manage HR & Admin operations. The role requires a strong background in HR strategy, compliance, and people management with the ability to support leadership in driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Oversee training & development initiatives and employee engagement.
  • Supervise administrative activities including office management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management for decision-making.

Additional Requirements-

  • Minimum
    4–5 years
    of progressive HR & Admin experience with at least
    1 year in a supervisory/lead role
    .
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in
    HRM, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws and compliance issues.

Technical Skills-

  • Proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    HRIS, payroll systems, and data analysis tools
    .
  • Policy development and strategic HR planning skills.

Soft Skills-

  • Strong leadership and people management ability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • High level of communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
