Hours: Lisbon office hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM WEST) → 1:00 PM–10:00 PM Dhaka time

Salary: BDT 10,000 (Designation & salary will increase after probation as per company policy)

Location: Remote (Bangladesh time alignment)

Key Responsibilities

Research, identify, and qualify travel leads across social media, web, and directories.

Initiate outreach (email/DM/calls) and hand off qualified leads to sales.

Maintain accurate lead records in spreadsheets/CRM and prepare daily activity reports.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion.

Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth follow-through.

Must-Have Qualifications

Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.

Minimum HSC/A-Level.

A true social media enthusiast (comfortable with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, email etiquette, and Google Maps.

Quick learner, proactive, and a resilient fighter mindset.

Nice to Have (Plus): Prior experience in lead generation/sales/travel, basic CRM familiarity, comfort with international customers.
