Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Dhaka. The Management Trainee (MT) will assist in various business operations including data analysis, inventory management, customer service, and support daily management tasks. Responsibilities also include coordinating between different departments, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and implementation. The trainee will also participate in training programs to develop skills and competencies.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prepare detailed reports and contribute to strategic planning
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with project management and basic financial principles
  • Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Science or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
