We are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven 
Key Account Managment (KAM) Trainee
 to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 0-1 years of experience who is passionate about customer success. As a KAM Trainee, you will learn to manage and nurture relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring they achieve their goals using our products like Biddaan. Your focus will be on retention, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:
Act as a primary point of contact for new key clients, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience. - Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives. - Proactive Engagement:
Proactively monitor customer health, usage patterns, and satisfaction to identify potential issues and opportunities. - Growth Identification:
Learn to identify and nurture opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio of accounts. - Customer Advocacy:
Serve as the "voice of the customer," gathering feedback and collaborating with the Product team to inform future enhancements. - Support Collaboration:
Work closely with the technical support team to ensure client issues are resolved promptly and effectively. 
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in a client-facing role (such as customer service, support, or sales) is a plus, but not required.
 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
 - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural empathy for customers.
 - Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
 - A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
 - A genuine passion for technology and for helping others succeed.
