What We're Looking For

3–5 years' experience in brand strategy, planning, or marketing communications

Solid background in BTL, ATL, digital, or integrated marketing campaigns

BBA/MBA/Marketing/Communication/Advertising background

Strong skills in market research, audience insight, and creative briefing

Ability to translate business goals into strategic direction and creative frameworks

Confident presenter and storyteller with client-facing experience

Passionate about culture, consumer behavior, and brand building
