The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Trainee – Digital Marketing & Content
who is passionate about digital platforms, storytelling, and B2B trade. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional eager to learn and grow in the areas of digital marketing, content creation, and online brand building.

Key Responsibility:

  • Support the digital marketing team in executing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels.
  • Create and curate engaging content (posts, blogs, short videos, infographics) for B2B and SME audiences.
  • Assist in managing BIZTRADE's social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Conduct basic market research on SME trends, buyer interests, and export opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to develop SME-focused educational content.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports on campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or final-year) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interest in
    digital marketing, B2B trade, and SME ecosystem
    .
  • Basic knowledge of social media management, content writing, and online campaigns.
  • Good writing skills in
    English and Bangla
    .
  • Creative mindset with willingness to learn new tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing, SEO).
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
