Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Merchandiser located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Trainee Merchandiser will assist in daily merchandising activities, support sales and marketing efforts, interact with customers, and contribute to retail operations. Responsibilities include communicating with suppliers and clients, monitoring market trends, managing product inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in sales and retail operations
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in merchandising or a related field is a plus
