We are seeking an ambitious and motivated
Management Trainee
to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in business operations, client management, and digital marketing. As a Management Trainee, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to multiple departments, preparing you for a future leadership role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams to understand day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs to support decision-making.
  • Help in preparing reports, presentations, and performance analysis for internal and client projects.
  • Participate in client meetings, understanding requirements, and supporting project execution.
  • Rotate through different departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Client Service, etc.) to gain well-rounded exposure.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, client management, or business operations will be a plus.
  • A growth mindset with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
