Management Trainee Officer

The Management Trainee program is designed to train future leaders by engaging youth in a developmental framework that will ensure that the trainee has proper opportunities to turn their talent into an exciting career.
MTs will be responsible for working alongside marketing managers and accepting delegated responsibilities with the goal of eventually becoming a marketing manager.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Gain expertise of business, product and service, highlight benefits to the users
- Develop and execute strategic plans, manuals, SOPs to enhance marketing operations
- Monitor and analyze market trends to manage portfolio and strategic business units
- Analyze and utilize market data to drive effective marketing strategies
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns
Educational Requirements:
BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed University with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year organizational experience is preferable but not mandatory.
- Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in data analytics software such as MS Excel, SPSS, Power BI, Tableau will get priority
