Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • At least BBA (major in Human Resources) degree from any recognized university with good academic achievement throughout his/her academic career.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates having 1-2 years experience in the HR field with any Bank/NBFI will be an added advantage.
  • Must have excellent command over English language and computer applications.
