Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Quality located in Dhaka. The General Manager Quality will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, managing total quality management (TQM) programs, ensuring quality assurance, and conducting auditing activities. The role involves supervising and implementing quality management systems to ensure that production meets the required standards.

Qualifications

  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in Quality Management and Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
  • Auditing skills with a focus on ensuring compliance with international standards
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
  • Experience in the garments industry is a plus
