Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing organizational policies, managing budgets, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The role requires coordination with various departments, providing leadership and guidance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will be involved in strategic planning and resource management to drive the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management
  • Proven ability to implement organizational policies and ensure compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Experience in strategic planning and project management
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in the real estate, construction, or related industries is a plus
