Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM)
to lead our
Tender Department
.

The right candidate will bring deep knowledge of government and donor-funded tender processes, from preparation and evaluation to documentation and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the complete tendering process — from bid identification to submission.

Review and analyze tender documents, and prepare technical and financial proposals.

Coordinate with clients, principals, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely communication.

Supervise tender documentation, BOQ analysis, and compliance requirements.

Guide and motivate the tender team to achieve organizational goals.

Collaborate closely with the commercial, logistics, and finance departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and key stakeholders.

Oversee post-award activities to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business
,
Engineering
, or a related field (
MBA preferred
).

Minimum
8–12 years of experience
in tender or procurement management.

Strong understanding of
Public Procurement Act (PPA)
and
Public Procurement Rules (PPR)
.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage teams and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
