Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Assistant Manager/Assistant General Manager for Technical and Quality Assurance will oversee and ensure all technical and quality assurance operations are effectively executed. Responsibilities include implementing quality assurance protocols, coordinating with production teams to maintain quality standards, monitoring compliance with regulatory and industry standards, and addressing customer feedback and concerns regarding technical and quality issues. The role also involves analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering quality and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Proficient analytical skills to assess data and implement improvements to enhance quality and operational efficiency
  • Customer service skills to address feedback and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Understanding of finance to contribute to cost-effective quality assurance practices
  • Experience in quality assurance, technical oversight, or related fields
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards is an advantage
