Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a General Manager in our Dhaka office. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and improving processes. They will also lead marketing efforts, maintain vendor relationships, and focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management and leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning
  • Skills in budget management and financial planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in marketing and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Knowledge of power tools and the local market is a plus
