This role requires flexibility to work in Dhaka, Chattogram, or internationally in the
UAE and KSA
. Candidates must be open to relocation or frequent travel based on business needs. Prior experience working in Gulf markets (UAE/KSA) will be considered a strong advantage.

We are currently seeking an accomplished General Manager of Sales

to report directly to the Assistant Director - Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, strategic vision, and a proven ability to drive sales performance across cities and regions. Role Overview:

As the General Manager of Sales, you will lead our sales initiatives by managing a team of Team Leaders and Sales Executives in Dhaka or Chittagong, or in the UAE/ KSA. The General Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing sales operations, ensuring alignment with the broader corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive sales strategies developed by the Assistant Director – Sales and CEO, ensuring execution aligns with corporate goals.

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize sales processes.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape for strategic adjustments.

  • Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operational teams to synchronize efforts and maximize sales effectiveness.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to the CSO, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of years in a sales role, at least 3 years working as sales General Manager sales, preferably in real estate industries.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in related fields.
