Job Contex
tIDLC Finance PLC is looking for proactive and self-driven professionals to join its Consumer Division as Senior Executive Officer/ Assistant Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the role of Product Manager in the Consumer Division, which will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening business process and operations, and contributing to the sustainable business expansion of the Consumer Division portfolio across the region

Job Description/Responsibili**
- tyLead product and policy development for the Consumer Division, including updating existing policies, supporting end-to-end product lifecycle management, conducting product review meetings with CRM, business units, and other stakeholders, and recommending modifications to ensure continued competitivenes
- s.Analyze product and portfolio performance; including targets, achievements, growth, and portfolio quality while developing and maintaining analytics and reporting to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend appropriate process improvement
- s.Serve as the helpdesk for business, credit, and operations queries by responding to internal stakeholder requests and escalating issues when necessary, while liaising with internal functions (Credit, Risk, Operations, IT, HR, Marketing, Finance) and external stakeholders (vendors, regulators, banks) to ensure coordinated and effective executio
- n.Implement and manage sales commission processes, automation and software migrations related to product & business processe
- s.Disseminate product changes, launches and policy updates to all relevant stakeholders and ensure smooth adoptio
- n.Continuously develop and update process manuals, SOPs and conduct training sessions for business and branch team
- s.Contribute to periodic strategy reviews and support budget restructuring or process revitalization as neede

Educational Requiremen**
