Role Description

The Trainee Product Manager will assist in the planning, development, and execution of product strategies and roadmaps. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely product updates and enhancements. The role also involves assisting in project management tasks and contributing to the overall development of innovative product solutions.

Qualifications

  • Product Management, Product Development, and Project Management skills
  • Market Research, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Communication, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Basic understanding of technology platforms and system workflows
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and detail-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience or internship in product management or related fields is a plus
  • Passion for workforce innovation and ethical practices in recruitment
