Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Manager, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Product Development Manager will oversee the end-to-end development of products, conduct market research, and lead research and development (R&D) efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and supporting sales initiatives to align product strategies with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and market-relevant solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research
  • Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
  • Knowledge of and experience in Sales strategy and processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage projects across locations
  • Experience in the packaging or supply chain industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
