We're Hiring — Product Executive (Marketing)

Role Purpose

The Product Executive will play a key role in managing product portfolios, driving brand strategy, leading product launches, improving category performance, and supporting the sales team with insights and tools. The role requires strong ownership, analytical skills, and hands-on product management experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Management

  • Manage full product lifecycle: pricing, packaging, SKU management & claims.
  • Work with R&D & Technical teams on NPD and product development.
  • Identify product gaps, category opportunities & competitor threats.

2. Product Launch & Go-To-Market

  • Develop launch plans, messaging, and communication assets.
  • Prepare launch kits, technical sheets, and training materials.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and optimize based on insights.

3. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitor mapping, pricing analysis, and category studies.
  • Prepare monthly dashboards on product performance.
  • Conduct field visits with sales for real insights from dealers and painters.

4. Campaign, Activation & Trade Support

  • Support product-focused trade campaigns, BTL activities & retail visibility.
  • Coordinate product demos, painter programs, dealer meets, exhibitions.
  • Ensure POSM availability and product visibility nationwide
  • Work with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance & Agencies to execute projects.
  • Coordinate digital initiatives for product awareness and conversion

Requirements

  • Business graduate with minimum 3-4 years' experience in product/brand/category marketing
  • Strong analytical, coordination & project management skills
  • Good understanding of GTM & product lifecycle
  • Experience in paint/FMCG/building materials is preferred
