Job Description 

  • Driving growth in the Voice Portfolio through effective product management and execution.

  • Support development and execution of Voice product plans, ensuring alignment with growth and revenue objectives.

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly product actions to optimize Bundle and PayGo performance.

  • Assist in designing innovative voice products based on customer insights, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.

Monitor campaign KPIs and performance dashboards, evaluating revenue uplift and incremental impact.

  • Conduct post-launch reviews and recommend data-backed improvements for ongoing optimization.

  • Coordinate GTM activities across channels to ensure effective rollout of voice campaigns and offers.

  • Work with regional and distribution teams to support market execution and pack visibility.

  • Work closely with IT/Tech, Marketing, Regional Operations, and S&D to ensure smooth campaign setup and delivery.
  • Co-manage CMS & retail platforms, ensuring readiness and compliance for product launches.
  • Maintain strong coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of product actions and updates.
  • Ensure accurate, timely delivery of product configurations, communication briefs, and campaign setups.
  • Take ownership of issue resolution, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining product performance standards.

Academic Qualification

  • Business/EEE/CSE graduate from any reputed university.

Job Experience Required

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in telecommunication Core Product Marketing or Customer lifecycle management team. 

Required Capabilities

  • Strong understanding of GSM technologies, charging systems, and Voice product mechanics.

  • Skilled in business analysis, revenue modeling, and pricing strategy execution.

  • Experience in Voice product lifecycle management and GTM rollout.

  • Hands-on with BI tools and digital platforms (CMS, app, retail systems).
