ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time, remote IT Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT operations and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also manage and update our company website, handle ERP software, and manage listings across various e-commerce platforms. This position demands strong technical skills and a proactive approach to maintaining smooth and efficient IT operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for all team members.
  • Maintain ERP software (Zoho preferred) to streamline business processes and data management.
  • Oversee inventory management software (Linnworks preferred) to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage and update the company website, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Ensure secure data management, backup systems, and basic IT security protocols.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand technical needs and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Utilise advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation.
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop for basic design and image editing tasks.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all software assets, licenses, and IT-related procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.Sc. in CSE/IT or relevant field from any reputed University.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, workflow automation, and user training.
  • Experience in handling ERP (Zoho preferred) & Inventory Software (Linnworks preferred).
  • Familiarity with the usage of various AI tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Very good communication skills, especially in English.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

To ensure smooth operations during important business moments such as product launches, system rollouts, or festive seasons, the IT Executive may occasionally need to be available beyond regular working hours. This includes providing timely support for critical software and system needs. We appreciate flexibility and a proactive mindset, especially during times of peak activity when your expertise truly makes a difference.
