Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, preparing sales proposals, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proven experience in Lead Generation, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Negotiation
- Skilled in Sales Performance Analysis, Target Setting, and Sales Forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the IT industry or with TPM services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
