Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive-Tele Counselling & Admission, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for handling tele counselling sessions, guiding prospective students through the admission process, answering inquiries, and providing detailed information about courses and programs. They will also maintain accurate records, follow up with potential students, and assist with converting leads into admissions. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and support prospective students.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Tele Counselling and Communication skills
  • Experience in guiding prospective students through the admission process
  • Proficiency in Record Keeping and Data Management
  • Experience in providing detailed information about courses and programs
  • Proactive Follow-up and Lead Conversion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
