Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Software Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role is
performance and target-based

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for our software products and solutions.
 - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
 - Conduct product presentations, demos, and pitches to potential clients.
 - Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and market research.
 - Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent after-sales support.
 - Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
 - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies for customer acquisition.
 - Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
 
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
 - Proven track record in
software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions
(B2B/B2C). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet/exceed sales targets.
 - Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) preferred.
 - Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset.
 
Performance Targets
- Achieve
monthly revenue/sales quota
as set by management. - Generate a minimum number of
qualified leads and client meetings
per week. - Convert a set percentage of leads into paying customers.
 - Maintain high
client retention and satisfaction rate
.
