Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Marketing Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for paid ads, conducting market research, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing ads to achieve business goals. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, providing customer service, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Plan, create, and manage international paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Understanding of remarketing, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Full-Time
  • Sunday to Thursday (Weekly 2 days off)
