Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and people-focused Social Media & Influencer Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands branding and audience psychology but can also build authentic online relationships that convert into long-term engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, etc.)

• Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and partners

• Plan, create, and post engaging multimedia content that aligns with brand goals

• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI

• Lead community engagement — respond to comments, host live sessions, and spark conversations

• Work closely with the creative and marketing team to ensure a unified digital voice

• Stay up-to-date with trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools in social media and influencer marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in social media management or influencer marketing

• Proven track record of measurable growth in engagement, followers, or campaigns

• Excellent English and Bengali communication skills — both written and verbal

• Confident, friendly, and able to build rapport easily with diverse audiences

• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, social analytics, and community engagement

• Experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar

• Prior experience working in tech, education, or startup ecosystems is a plus
