Sr. Business Development Manager – SDB IT

SDB IT is seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and building high-performing teams. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Drive proactive sales outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.


• Set and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations.


• Conduct research, competitive benchmarking, and create tailored presentations/pitch decks for prospective clients.


• Build strong client relationships by following up diligently and closing opportunities.


• Lead by example as a hands-on contributor while scaling the sales team from 2 to 10 within six months.


• Collaborate with leadership to implement the company's mission and vision through innovative sales and marketing strategies.


• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and continuously refine processes to maximize outcomes.


• Delegate effectively, prioritize tasks, and execute the visionary growth plan.

Qualifications:


• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling pitches.


• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and results-driven approach.

Additional Details
