Position Overview
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Professional to drive business growth across corporate, telco, and government sectors. The candidate must bring 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience in system integration, licensed software, or hardware solutions, along with hands-on expertise in government tenders and procurement processes.
An established client base is essential, with the ability to generate results from the very first month.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of system integration, licensed software, and hardware solutions.
- Leverage existing client networks to generate immediate revenue.
- Participate in government tenders (e-GP, direct procurement, framework contracts).
- Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Sales & Business Development Targets
- Meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue goals.
- Ensure consistent tender participation and bid success.
- Expand and diversify the client portfolio within 3–6 months.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in system integration, licensed software distribution, or hardware solutions.
- Proven client portfolio in corporate, telco, or government sectors with immediate revenue potential.
- Strong knowledge of government tender processes & vendor registration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (CSE preferred).
- Highly self-motivated, accountable, and target-driven.
