Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Travel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bangladesh office. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of visa application services, air ticketing, client communication, and coordination with global partners. This is a key leadership role focused on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the operations of the Bangladesh branch.
  • Oversee visa processing and documentation for various destinations.
  • Handle international and domestic air ticket bookings.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with partner airlines, embassies, and tour operators.
  • Train and supervise team members in customer service and travel protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Support business development efforts through marketing and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of visa procedures, ticketing systems (e.g., GDS/Amadeus/Sabre).
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bangla.
