Admissions Manager – UK & Australia

Job Summary

The Admissions Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end student admission process for the UK as the primary focus, with additional oversight for Australia. This role requires strong expertise in UK admissions, compliance, and student guidance, while also ensuring smooth coordination with partner universities and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all admission activities for UK universities, with secondary responsibility for Australia.
  • Support students through application, offer, compliance, CAS/COE, and visa stages.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with UK and Australian partner institutions.
  • Train and supervise the admissions team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing.
  • Ensure applications meet compliance and visa requirements (UKVI ).
  • Track admissions progress, visa outcomes, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Coordinate with counselling and marketing teams to support recruitment targets.
  • Resolve escalated admission cases and provide practical solutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in UKVI and Australian admission policies.
  • Achieve admission and conversion targets set by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in UK university admissions (Australia experience is an added advantage).
  • In-depth knowledge of UK admission systems, UCAS, compliance, and visa processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Ability to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and perform under deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven.
