Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Destination Manager based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Destination Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of student support services, including career counseling, admissions and visa processing, pre-departure briefings, and accommodation arrangements. The role involves managing and guiding students through their application processes and ensuring a smooth transition to their chosen educational institutions. The manager will also collaborate with international universities and colleges to meet the growing demand for overseas education.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in conducting Guided Tours and providing student support
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field
  • Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is beneficial
